At your initial consultation in our office, we will first take a complimentary panoramic x-ray and dental photos to assist Dr. Wade Thompson with his diagnosis and treatment planning for you. Then Tera, our Scheduling Coordinator will visit with you and find out what your concerns are in preparation for your visit with the doctor.

Dr. Thompson will then meet with you and do a complete clinical examination. Afterwards, he will discuss his findings and treatment recommendations. If treatment is indicated at this time, Dr. Thompson will explain what appliances will be necessary and about how long you will be in treatment.

You will also have an opportunity to discuss your treatment fee and payment options with Suzanne, our Office Manager, and have her check on any insurance plans you may have.

Many of our patients schedule their next appointment to begin treatment at this same visit! You will find that modern technology has greatly advanced our systems-meaning fewer office visits and less demanding procedures for you.
